Is it painful?
Lighter CO2 laser treatments are virtually painless with minimal discomfort reported during the process. For deeper laser treatments Dr Gold may use a combination of oral pain medication, topical numbing and nerve blocks to ensure your experience is comfortable. Depending on the desired outcome and strength of the laser treatment recovery may consist of minimal redness for a couple days for our light treatments or several days of downtime for the most impressive results. Individual expected recovery times will be discussed during your personal consultation when deciding on what treatment plan is best for you.
